The idea of ​​creating such a project came to me while still completing master’s course in Genetics, influenced by my supervisor, Professor T. Lezhava, Head of Institute of Genetics and President of Georgian Gerontology Association. I have applied this deep knowledge gained from Genetics course to the patients of my clinic with great success. The most important thing I realized is that very often healthy lifestyle and correct stress management lead to much better results than taking certain medications. Now I want to share my 12 years’ experience as a doctor to as many people as possible.”
